Shipping
I ship all domestic and international orders via USPS First Class Mail. Domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 days. International orders may take up to two weeks to arrive. MOST domestic orders will come with delivery confirmation via PayPal. International customers are responsible for any duties/customs.
If your package gets lost in the mail, I will remake the item at my convenience.
Shipping is included at checkout for domestic orders - $3.50 to ship (automatically added to order invoice)
International orders - after order is completed, I will contact you with a quote for your shipping cost and upon approval, I will invoice you for the total amount of shipping.
Payment
I prefer PayPal. If you would like to pay via Money Order, please contact me to place a special order.
You do not need to have a pay pal account to check out. You can use your credit/debit card as well!
I will not begin working on any orders until payment is received. Once payment is received, I will add your order to my project list and keep in touch about your order status.
Please leave order information in the "special instructions/notes to seller" section upon checkout!
Canceling your order
There will be a restocking fee for all canceled custom orders. This covers my time to process the order, material's purchased and time working on the order.
10% for orders not in progress
20% for orders already in progress
Returns/Refunds
If you choose to return your order, you must pay for return shipping and I will not refund the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the price of the item minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping.
All returned items MUST be packaged carefully and in PERFECT condition...not worn, dirty, washed or damaged in any way. If the returned items are not in perfect condition, you will not receive a refund or a replacement item.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are ones that are needed within 10 days of purchase for which I will have to bump other orders to accomodate. If my current wait time is less then 10 days, there will be no charge.
1-3 items = $10
4-6 items = $20
7 + items = $30
